OUR HEADPIECES

Each our Headpieces are enterily handmade using first quality materials.

It might be slightly different colour tonalities against the pictures depending on the devices they are
shown.

We usually do Bespoke Headpieces, in this case contact us at [email protected] and ask us whatever you want, we will help you to get your piece of your dreams especially designed for you. The time for making and shipping depends on availability, we suggest you to contact us two or three months before your event.

On the other hand, all Headpieces on our website are predesigned, please make your purchase bearing in mind time to manufacture the product and delivery time. Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 weeks from the time you place your order and payment (production time) or in a shorter period if you got previous confirmation from the shop. PRICES/TAXES

The price of the Headpieces will be as shown on each image and it includes the VAT.

Shipping costs for UK will be 10 pounds and it takes 1-2 days.

Shipping for EU will be  16 pounds, it takes around 5-7 days.

Shipping for outside UK and EU will be 25 pounds, it takes around 7 days.

All shippings are provided of tracked and signed service.

Commissions and customs charges will be assumed by the buyer.

PAYMENT METHODS

The payments will be via PayPal.

For Bespoke Headpieces will be via bank transfer, please contact us
at [email protected] and we will provide you with the bank details.

WE DON´T ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.

All our products are Handmade and also Bespoke, that is the reason why we do not admit exchanges, returns or refunds unless the issue has been due to a shipping incident.

Returns of pieces already sold are not accepted because they are specially made upon your order. Choose carefully the item that you wish and that meets all your expectations before pay for it and do not hesitate to contact me if you need further advice or additional information.

In case of breakage, damaged or any issue during delivery, please, take the following steps:

Write us within a maximum period of 24h from the receipt, explaining us the issue along with a photo of the damage and the package, so we will evaluate the damage and in order to claim compensation from the parcel delivery company. You must keep the original package and send it back to us.
